5 minute pitch

in every aspect of our ordinary lives, we are promoting ourselves to others. seeking assurance about our intellegence, beauty, personality, etc. as if this life is filled with the number ONEs. competing who will come first became the most important thing. it's most likely resemblance as an acceptance. acceptance in our everyday ordinary lives. pathetic? not really. deep inside, we've all been there. prior being accepted.. some people give all their effort for enormous amount of self-promotion. how many times a day people give their two-minute commercial about themselves, about YOU. in businesses, people do whatever it takes to built up image, to high up the market, expand the business, and so on. Sometimes, the better person comes up with a 5 minute pitch. Give it ago, all you have in you. Although what you're selling isn't about YOU personally, but honestly, the other person would prolly make decision based on what they thought about YOU. Aside from the business point of view, in a simple gathering, say group discussion, the more stand out you are, the more people pay attention to you. implicitly, you've given yourselves the 5 minute pitch, a two-minute commercial.

hff.. ramblings. as always.
i think i've just missed another opportunity, which was unnoticable until it ended. mbego.
